Musician, songwriter, and longtime advocate for living your best life. My lifelong mission has long been of service to family, friends, and the community. Since retiring, music is now my primary vehicle: offering education that empowers and inspires, performances and recordings that bring joy and transcends you from the stresses of daily life. Whether you are here to learn or listen, my intention is for you to leave with something meaningful that impacts your life in a positive way.

Growing up in Roseville, Minnesota, the melody of my parents’ favorite records filled our home. The magic of those moments planted a seed in my heart—a dream to create music that could touch souls and tell stories.

Nearing retirement, I found solace in the simplicity of a guitar. It was my escape, providing a way to express emotions that words alone could not capture. Every note felt like a piece of my soul, reaching out to connect with others. I realized that music wasn’t just a hobby; it was a calling.

But dreams, I soon learned, don’t come to fruition without challenges. My journey was fraught with obstacles—self-doubt including the ever-present question of whether I was good enough. There were days when I felt like giving up, when the path seemed too steep and the goal too distant.

However, every time I felt like quitting, a song or a melody would remind me of why I started. Music was my passion, my purpose. It gave me the strength to persevere, to practice a little longer, and learn new chords.  I began playing at local events, sharing my music with others, and each performance reaffirmed my belief that I was on the right path.

Every challenge, every setback, was a note in the song of my life, contributing to a melody that is uniquely mine. My dream of becoming a musician is not just about playing instruments or singing songs; it’s about creating music that resonates with others, that tells a story, inspires, and heals.
